We built CleanSlate to solve the problems we ran into as Airbnb hosts. But the more we talked with cleaners and hosts outside our own circle, the more we realized we'd built something bigger: a way to cut real friction for anyone running a busy schedule, not just short-term rentals.

For a short-term rental like Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, CleanSlate reads a booking calendar and bills every checkout. For a regular cleaning client, you set the schedule yourself: weekly, biweekly (semi-monthly), monthly, and it keeps generating the next date on its own. Every clean lands on the invoice at your rate, on the day it happens. Need to add a deep clean or move a date? Do it the same way you would for a rental.
One route, one invoice list
Most independent cleaners run both kinds of work at once. With CleanSlate, every property, calendar-driven or not, lands in the same invoice list, the same reports, the same year of records at tax time. No second app, no separate rate sheet to remember, no reschedule lost in a text thread.
