Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your CleanSlate account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal information and access to the app. Financial records (invoices, payment history) are anonymized and retained as required for bookkeeping — they will no longer be linked to your name or contact details.

Delete from the app

The quickest way to delete your account:

  1. Sign in to the CleanSlate app.
  2. Tap the avatar icon (top-right of any screen) to open your profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Help & Support section.
  4. Tap Delete Account under Manage Account.
  5. Enter your password and hold the confirmation button to confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:

Include your full name and the email address on your account. We will process the request within 30 days.

What happens when you delete

Removed immediately

  • Your name, email address, profile photo, and contact details
  • Your login credentials and access to the app
  • Your iCal calendar connections

Anonymized (retained for bookkeeping)

  • Invoice records — financial documents are retained with your name replaced by an anonymized reference
  • Payment history — amounts, dates, and methods are kept without personal identifiers
