Where the iCal link lives in the Vrbo app
Open the calendar settings
In the Vrbo app, tap Calendar, then the gear icon at the top right. Tap the Availability tab.
Go to Connect calendars
Scroll to the bottom, tap Connect calendars, then tap Add new.

Checkouts turn into your invoice

Questions from Vrbo cleaners
I do not manage the Vrbo listing. Can I still get the link?
Yes, but the host has to copy it, because the link lives in the Vrbo account that owns the listing. Send your host these steps with pictures, and ask them to send you the link.
Do I need another app if the house is also on Airbnb?
No. Add the Vrbo link and the Airbnb link to the same property. Both calendars feed one house.
Does it dispatch my crew?
No. CleanSlate has no crew dispatch and no payroll, and it does not find you jobs. It invoices your own clients.
How do Vrbo hosts pay me?
By card through your own Stripe account, in US dollars only, or another way such as Venmo or Zelle. You record those payments in CleanSlate. It tracks them but does not process them.
Will it work with my accounting software?
It connects to QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks and Wave (Wave Pro only; on free Wave, use the CSV export). Invoices from before you connect do not export.
