Checkouts become line items
Every checkout shows up as a cleaning at your rate, so nothing depends on you remembering what you did.
Review and submit
Check the invoice, add any extras, and submit it. Your client approves and pays you directly. CleanSlate never texts your clients on its own.
It works for Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com properties and for regular residential cleans, and it connects to QuickBooks and Xero.
What it costs
Marketplace cleaners are charged a fee at payment, and Turno does not publish the percentage. For hosts, Turno is $0 for a single property using marketplace cleaners, and the 2+ properties plan is $10 per property per month and includes Non-Turno Teammates (bringing your own cleaner).

Does Turno take a cut of every marketplace clean?
Reviewers report per-clean fees eating into their pay. Turno’s help center says marketplace cleaners are charged a fee at payment and does not publish a percentage. For your own clients, CleanSlate takes no per-clean cut. It is a flat $89.99 per year at the founding rate, after a 75-day free trial.
Do I have to pass a background check and wait for approval?
Turno requires US marketplace cleaners to pass a background check, plus profile approval. In its own reply to a reviewer, Turno states $89.99 for the first check and $14.99 for renewals. CleanSlate has no marketplace, so there is no marketplace gate for clients you already have.
What if the jobs sent don’t match my schedule?
Reviewers report duplicate and phantom job requests. CleanSlate builds your invoices from your own calendar, not from a stream of marketplace requests.
Can a client change my pay after the clean?
One reviewer reports a client cutting their pay after the job. With CleanSlate you set the price, add extras, and submit the invoice yourself. CleanSlate does not process or guarantee payment; your client pays you directly.
