Finding Your Airbnb iCal Link

These steps are for the Airbnb app on your phone. Airbnb sometimes changes its app, so they may vary slightly.

1. Open the Airbnb app .
2. Tap Calendar, then pick your listing.
3. Tap the gear icon , then tap Availability.
4. Scroll to Connected calendars, tap Connect another calendar, then tap Connect to another website.
5. Copy the link. You'll add it to CleanSlate next.

Finding Your Vrbo iCal Link

These steps are for the Vrbo app on your phone. Vrbo sometimes changes its app, so they may vary slightly.

1. Open the Vrbo app .
2. Go to your property and tap Calendar.
3. Tap Settings, then tap the Availability tab.
4. Under Calendar sync, tap Connect calendars, then tap Export calendar.
5. Copy the URL. You'll add it to CleanSlate next.

Adding Your iCal Link to CleanSlate

You can add as many properties, from as many platforms, as you like. CleanSlate works with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Guesty, and more platforms are coming soon. These steps are shown on your phone. On a computer, the same options are under Profile, then Connections.

1. In CleanSlate, tap Profile, then Connections, then Calendars.
2. Tap Connect and choose the property.
3. Tap Add Calendar Feed and paste your link.
4. Tap Connect Feed.

Check That It Worked

You should see 1 connected. Your checkouts now show up as priced line items. If you have more than one listing, repeat the steps for each one: it's one link per property. If something looks wrong, copy the link again from Airbnb or Vrbo first, which fixes most issues. And keep your link private. It's a key to your calendar, so only paste it where you trust.
