- How is the estimate worked out?
- It starts from a base price for the number of bedrooms, adds a set amount for each bathroom after the first, then adds any extras you switch on. A same-day rush multiplies the total, and the range shown is that total plus or minus 15 percent.
- Is this a quote I should charge exactly?
- No. It is a starting point built from default figures. Adjust it for your market, your travel and your own costs.
- Is the calculator free?
- Yes, and you do not need to sign up to use it.
- Does it save what I enter?
- No. The estimate is worked out in your browser as you go.
