Confirmed Clean: One Tap and Everyone Knows

For those of us in the short-term rental space, the moment a clean finishes has always been invisible — and we've largely been operating under faith and trust. Which is fine until it isn't and you get the dreaded call. It hasn't happened too often, but what if we could all but eliminate a missed cleaning? That moment now has a name: Confirmed Clean.

Finish a turnover, tap once. Everyone on that property knows right away — the host, the property manager, whoever else is on the account. No more “did you get to River Cottage?” at 2:45 with the next guests already on their way.

We've built CleanSlate to watch the clock. Four hours before the next guest, you get a nudge. At two hours the card turns red, for the cleaner and the host. Nobody has to hear it from the guest first.

Regular cleaning clients work the same way, minus the countdown. One tap by the cleaner and the homeowner knows the house is ready.

Nothing changes about how a cleaner cleans — just an extra insurance policy without the fee. Confirmed Clean closes the gap between finishing and everyone else finding out. And that's the gap that used to get filled with a text, a phone call, or too often nothing at all.

Along with Confirmed Clean, we also launched two other updates that make CleanSlate even better.

• Inventory tracks supplies per property: mark something low and whoever restocks it knows.
• Contacts keeps the plumber, the HVAC guy and everyone else attached to the property they service.
